10 Favorite Ethnic Foods
1. Out.Back Gold Coast Coco.nut Shrimp
2. Noodle's Tzatziki salad dressing on any salad
3. Noodle's Bangkok Curry
4. The Pizza Factory Zucchini and/or Yellow Squash Noodles

5. Hummus and Pita breadA delicious, healthy Mediterranean recipe and fast to make (10 min). Hummus is a cream of chick peas with garlic, lemon and olive oil, from Lebanon. Eat it on pita bread.
6. Chilean Chacacero Sandwich
Thin sliced steak, or churrasco, is topped with steamed, string beans (yes, green beans!), tomatoes, and melted cheese.

In Chile, the hot dog is served complete (hence completo), full of toppings. The standards are mayo and avocado, which are slathered all over the tiny dog until they are dripping off, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, or Aji chileno are added.

8. Guru's Sweet Potato Fries9. Macadamia Crusted Halibut with PinaColada Habenero SauceThe halibut is sauteed then baked with a crust of roasted, ground Macadamia nuts and served with a sauce featuring coconut milk, pineapple juice and Rothchild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip. Hmm hmm.
10. Salvadoran Pulled Pork Pupusas with Pickled Cabbage (say that 3 times, fast)

I also love the coconut shrimp, but you've introduced me to things I've never tried before. When we were in El Salvador, we had pupusas! They were great!
